Antique silver Waltham pocket watch and chain 1919.

The watch has a seven jewel stem-winding movement, grade 18, which is working well. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 21282308 which dates it back to 1917. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 54mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are Chester import marks for 1919, with the case makers mark for the Keystone Watch Case Company, U.S.A.. The case is in good condition with just minor marks, and a couple of mild bruises to the back cover nothing serious at all.

The watch glass is in nice condition.

The signed dial is in nice condition with blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.

The watch comes with a silver albert and fob, The chain measures 33cm long including the T bar and clasp.

Each of the links on the chain have the lion passant mark and the clasp has the lion passant mark. The chain has a silver 1934 Luton schools athletic association swimming fob.

Total weight of the chain & fob are 53.8g.

The watch and chain come in a new presentation box.
