Description

Here we have a wonderful small Queen Anne Elm chest of drawers c1700. As you can see the chest has great colour and patina. There is a two plank top with a thumb moulded edge. There are three drawers below of simple hand made nail construction with thick Elm base boards and original brass drop handles. There is decorative applied moulding to the drawer surrounds and lovely through joints in the construction. There is a fantastic naivety to this country made chest which gives it wonderful charm. A super chest which will sit antwhere in the home in great retail condition. The dimensions are approx 72 cm wide 34 cm deep 61 cm high.
