Description

Magnificent Louis Philippe commode, made from burr walnut with 5 drawers. The first drawer has a lovely ‘S’ curve face which blends the marble top into the main body of the commode. Lowest drawer is built into the front moulding and feet. Decorative brass keyholes, working locks with key. Including some reeded detailing down the sides of the three central drawers and on the marble top edge completing the piece.

Outstanding condition, recently restored and perfect for modern living.

Originating from France, circa 1860.

Made from walnut and black marble.
