The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1950s.
The watch has a Swiss 15-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely.
The watch measures 31mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs.
Dennisons manufactured watches for various watch makers, often for import movements which were cased in the UK to avoid import taxes on precious metals. This particular case is in good condition, just light surface marking mainly to the back of the watch. There are no personal inscriptions.

The lens is in lovely condition.
The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track. There is very light freckling across the dial.
A later leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes in a vintage Rotary Maximus presentation box.
