The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch has a 15-jewel stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement has been identified as by Record. The movement is protected by an inner hinged dust cover.
The watch measures 52mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop.
The case is in beautiful condition.

The watch glass is in lovely condition too.
The dial is signed with the name of the original retailer, Harris Stone, Leeds. Harris Stone was born in Russia in 1863. He emigrated to the UK and set up a successful jewellery business within the city of Leeds, from where he traded until after the second World War. The dial is in lovely condition with original blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch comes with a single silver chain, 27cm long. Also included is a little horse shoe fob with a horse’s head to the centre.
The watch and chain come in a new presentation box.
