The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch has a good quality 15-jewel 620 grade movement which is working nicely.
The movement is protected by an inner dust cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is the gold plated Star model from the English watch case maker, Aaron Dennison. The Dennison Watch Case Company supplied cases for the majority of Waltham UK’s watches. The case has general light surface marks and a hint of unevenness to front and back.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover, the cover opens a little further than the usual 90 degrees. Inside, there is a later acrylic lens which is in good condition.
The signed dial is in good condition and has blued steel hands, a slightly sunken dial and an outer minute track.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
