The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The watch has a good quality 15-jewel stem-winding movement, grade 620, which is working nicely. The movement has beautifully patterned plates, screw set jewels and a Church 1892 patent regulator. The movement is fully signed and the serial number, 16,483,547, dates it back to 1908. The movement is all protected by an inner hinged cover.
The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop.
The case is in has a patch of unevenness to the front, and the odd minor mark.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside, there is an acrylic lens which is has a little marking but is very acceptable.
The dial is in lovely condition. The hour hand is very slightly out of shape.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
