Antique Georgian Regency Small Mahogany Chest of Drawers C1800 Wp130/6.7

Description

Please note that the shine is the reflection from the camera on the wax polish the chest had just been given prior to photographing.

This is a lovely antique georgian regency mahogany small chest and dating from around 1800. It has a moulded edge to the top above three long drawers all of which are oak lined and with original brass handles. It is moulded to the base and stands on lovely shaped bracket feet.

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the mahogany oozing the charm and character of the georgian regency period.

There are a few ring (candlestick) marks to the top but these are quite faint and over the years have been polished in and now form part of the patination. Rather than detract from this lovely chest we feel it adds charm and authenticity to what is a very nice quality chest of drawers.

Measures: 34" high X 19" deep X 23.5" wide
