The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.
The watch measures 49.4mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside the case backs for Birmingham 1937 with a case maker's mark for Aaron Dennison of the Dennison Watch Case Company, a prolific maker of cases for various watch manufacturers. The case is in nice condition with only light surface marking from use.

The glass lens is in nice condition.
The dial is in nice condition with only one tiny surface mark at 1 o'clock visible through a jewellers loupe.
The watch has its original blued steel hands.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
