The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The watch has a Swiss stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is stamped with the letter M.
We have also seen O for or (gold). Perhaps for import duty purposes.

The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover which has some light marking.
The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold filled and was made in Switzerland by the Geneva Watch Case Company. It has a couple of small “dings” to the hinged case back, and some rubbing around the edge.

The watch glass is in lovely condition.
The enamel dial has its original hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track. There is an arc shaped hairline over number 11 and a little discolouration around the centre.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
