Description

Gents 1960s Accurist wrist watch.

The watch has a Swiss 21-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely.

The watch measures 33.5mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is gold plated, there is some wear but the brass underneath is a very similar colour so not too noticeable. The screw-on case back is stainless steel.

The lens is in lovely condition.

The signed dial is in very good original condition with original hands, seconds sweep and an early form of quickset date where the hands are repeatedly moved backwards and forwards between half past midnight and 9pm until the desired date is reached.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in an Accurist presentation box.
