1930s James Walker London pocket watch made by Record.

The watch has a good quality Record Swiss 17-jewel movement, with four adjustments, which is working nicely. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover which is engraved Presented to T.A.Hayes, By the employees of M.V.E.C Ltd, Transformer Dept, 13.8.38.

The watch measures 50.6mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and is the Star model made by the Dennison Watch Case Company. The case is in nice condition with only minor marking from use.

The glass lens has the odd minor mark from use but otherwise it is in nice condition.

The dial is signed Record with the original retailers name James Walker, London. The dial is in nice condition.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
