Seriously good quality and beautifully made rosewood serpentine sideboard cabinet with fretwork door panels, by Gillows of Lancaster circa 1870.

For a large piece of furniture, this retains its elegance with the serpentine front and sides, but also with this incredible fretwork carving to the three door panels which is backed with a gold raw silk, all in super condition.

The rosewood used is very well figured and with the fretwork makes this a very decorative piece.

Inside you have fully adjustable shelves so this could also work as a bookcase or even a drinks cabinet.

Well proportioned, so you have space for a pair of lamps and a mirror or picture hung above.
