Antique Small Carved Oak Banjo Barometer

An antique late Victorian period solid carved oak barometer with enamel dials in art Nouveau style, C.1900. Decorative carved and fretted polished oak case with skeletonised aneroid movement to the barometer set with an enamel dial sat behind bevel edge glass with a brass bezel and centre reading marker. Matching enamel scale to the mercury action thermometer. Bears the retailers name to the dial, Dunscombe Opticians, Bristol. Full working order excellent condition with a deep shine. Measures 20.5" long x 9" wide x 1.75" deep.
