Beautiful quality and well proportioned late Georgian slim two door cabinet with a 3/4 gallery to the top and fabulous rich mahogany grain and colour tones. Circa 1840 ( William IV period ).
The cabinet has two drawers above the two doors and internally you have an adjustable shelf, so it will work very well as a drinks cabinet or bookcase for example.
I have shown this cabinet with some other pieces to give you a sense of proportion.
The condition is good throughout the cabinet, the drawers run well and the doors close as they should, there is a working lock and key too. The cabinet has been cleaned and beeswax polished, so it has a wonderful warm colour and depth of shine.
Measuring:
36 inches or 91.5 cm high
48 inches or 122 cm wide
12 1/2 inches or 32 cm deep
Internal death 9 3/4 inches or 24.5 cm
