Smiths 15 Jewel De Luxe Everest Range Watch, Ref A409, Circa 1954

Description

 For sale, this good Smiths 15 Jewel De Luxe Everest range watch, ref A409, circa 1954. Fully signed throughout and retaining most all its original high-grade chrome to the screw down waterproof case, plate loss to sharp edges, this ref A409 is a better variant than the standard cased version. The nicely aged dial with raised gold numerals retaining all the luminous infill to the dot markers and original handset. The watch has just been fully serviced and is in excellent working order. The A409 is becoming difficult to source. This is a reasonable priced example.
