The tuning fork movement is working nicely and, of course, it has the signature hum. A new battery has been fitted.
However, the combination of colourful movement components, the ability to see the technology, and the overall pleasing aesthetics appealed to the markets and the Spaceview went on sale in 1961.

The watch measures 35mm diameter excluding the lugs. The case is stainless steel and it is in good condition with just light surface marks. The lens, signed Bulova Accutron, has light marking across it but is very acceptable.

Original hands and seconds hand with the smooth gliding motion. The hands are adjusted by way of the pull up stem on the back of the watch. This means a conventional winding crown is not required, which means it improves the watch’s aesthetics, and it can be worn on the left or right wrist.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
