Status: This item has been sold
Sold by: Chequers Antiques

A good George II walnut chest of two short and three long drawers, the moulded top with broad crossbanded border over two short and three long drawers each with brass swan neck handles, and with walnut sides, on bracket feet. English circa 1750.

Condition: Excellent, the structure is solid, the top has had a split and some point but this has been restored. The chest has a really lovely colour and patina, and the handles are probably the originals.
