Antique James 1st 17th Century Jacobean Mahogany and Walnut Chest of Drawers C1620 Wdb4749/18.5

Description

Lovely antique jacobean james 1st mahogany and walnut chest of drawers and dating form around 1620. It has a plank top with moulded edge above two short drawers over threee long drawers all of which are pine lined with later george 111 brass handles and escutcheons (c.1780) the drawers fronts are of walnut with a moulded edge and it is panelled to the sides and stands on turned bun feet.

In very good condition with a lovely aged colour and patination to both the mahogany and walnut and oozes the charm and character of the period.

Measures: 38" high X 21.5" deep X 38" wide
