Superb Antique Marine Bulk Head Barometer

A superb antique nickle plated on brass ships bulk head aneroid barometer on the original polished oak plinth, c.1910. Highly polished nickle plated on brass case with cast mounting plate and bezel. Decorative enamelled dial over the aneroid movement with quarter plate bevel edge glass with central reading marker. Sat on the original polished oak plinth. Bears the makers name, F. Smith & Son, Southampton. Immaculate condition, full working order. Measures 7" diameter x 5.5" deep.
