A good 1920/30 solid oak chest, comprising four drawers, offering excellent and versatile storage. There is a slide discreetly located within the top and can be pulled out to either side to crest a larger top surface or temporary desk. A particularly good example being panelled on all sides and on a plinth base. To be sold fully cleaned and waxed, due to be undertaken. All solid oak, very heavy and in excellent condition. Purchased from an Old School House on the Isle of Man and likely to be school or church related.
