Description

"The Farm Pond" is a very good quality oil painting on panel measuring 15"x 22". It is signed lower left and is framed in a fine hand finished gilt frame giving an overall size of 24"x 30".

Kershaw Schofield was born in Bradford, West Yorkshire in 1872. A landscape and Still life painter in oils and watercolours, he exhibited widely including work at the Royal Academy, Birmingham City Gallery, The Walker Gallery Liverpool, The Manchester City Gallery as well as at local exhibitions and Galleries.
