Gents Tissot Visodate Seastar PR516 wristwatch.

The watch has a 17-jewel hand-winding movement, calibre 782-1, which is working nicely. This particular calibre was in production from 1965 until 1972, this particular watch was made in 1969.

The watch measures 34mm wide excluding the winding crown and 33mm high excluding the lugs. The case is gold plated. There is some wear to the back, around the hole to the movement, but otherwise just light marking. The stainless steel case back is signed inside with the Tissot logo. The case back has general surface marking.

The lens is in lovely condition.

The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands, seconds sweep and a quickset date (this is an early form of quickset date where the hands are moved repeatedly backwards and forwards between 12 midnight and 9.30pm until the desired date is reached).

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
