The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement, identified as by Omega, which is working nicely.

The watch measures 47mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is 935 silver and there are Swiss hallmarks inside both of the case backs together with the early Omega logo inside the outer case back. The case has a couple of small bruises and a slight indentation to the back but overall is in good condition. Beautifully ornate initials to the case back.

The later acrylic lens is in lovely condition.
The signed dial is in lovely condition. One of the hands appears to be a replacement but of the correct period.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
