This Georgian Mahogany Chest of Drawers offers commodious storage space whilst having an understated style to it. The four generously sized drawers, which are oak lined as you would expect from a good quality piece such as this, open and run smoothly.The rich deep tone of the mahogany offers further clues to the quality of the chest as indeed does the substantial weight of the piece. Beautifully patinated, wearing its history with pride, and all the better for it. The brass handles, which appear to be the originals are themselves wonderfully patinated and darkened by the years of use.
