A top quality Antique Victorian carved oak aneroid barometer with crescent thermometer C.1880. Superb quality decorative carved and fretted scroll design case. Engraved silvered dial bearing the makers name ' Ben Franks, Manchester' with crescent thermometer set to the bottom. Bevel edge glass with a polished brass bezel and centre reading marker knob to the centre. Full working order. Measures 22" high x 13" wide x 1.75" deep.
