Christopher Buck Antiques Ltd. has dated this piece to the 18th Century.
With stained pine sides and pine drawer linings. Comes in three parts as the top section is divided (probably later).

Straight from a private house where it has remained in the same family for over 100 years. Now in need of restoration which would include numerous small veneer patches around edges of drawers and edges of the carcass, (no central patching required. several areas of broken and missing edge mouldings, drawer runners, possibly filleting of cracks in the sides and general tidying up of the surface.
The handles and feet are later replacements, the feet, probably in the mid 18th century. (Originally would have been raised on a legged stand with stretchers and bun feet).
