Description

A very rare style of dresser in reddish-brown native Welsh oak, with a raised plate rack ending in shaped feet to the rear of top, over a base with three drawers and a magnificent and intricate fretwork frieze and beautifully-shaped sides, above a two-plank potboard, united by turned legs at the front and rear, and terminating in stile feet. Original handles. (later escutcheons, small repairs to drawer fronts)

Excellent colour and surface patination.
