Description

This inlaid chest of drawers dates from the early 1900s and is very solid indeed. It is in very nice clean condition with good slightly mellowed colour to the mahogany and of course the inlays around each drawer and the top. The small 9.5cms high back has three shell inlays which certainly adds to the appeal of this good looking very substantial chest of drawers. The brass handles appear original and the whole chest sits on the ogee shaped bracket feet. The drawers are tidy inside and have a decent depth to give ample storage space for a chest this size.
