Antique Waltham Traveler pocket watch 1912.

The watch has a stem-winding movement, Traveler grade, which is working well. The movement is signed American, Waltham, U.S.A. Traveler and it has the serial number 18422512 which dates it back to 1912. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50.5mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and is the Star model made by the Dennison Watch Case Company. The case has light surface marks from use but overall is in nice condition for a 1910s piece.

The glass lens is in nice condition.

The signed white enamel dial has a very faint hairline crack between the centre and the top of the sub seconds dial although only noticeable through a jewellers loupe but otherwise it is in nice condition.

The watch has its original gold hands and a blued steel sub seconds hand.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
