Antique English fusee pocket watch, 1876.

The watch has an English fusee (chain driven) movement which is working nicely. The movement is protected by an inner fitted cover.

The watch measures 47mm diameter excluding the stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside both of the case backs for London 1876 with a case maker's mark for the Coventry based Edwin Lee. The case is in very nice condition for such an early piece.

The later acrylic lens is in good condition.

The dial is in lovely condition just a short hairline to the edge but it is covered up by the bezel when the front cover is closed.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
