It has a moulded cornice, with Grecian moulded edge above two over six graduating oak lined cock beaded drawers with the original brass swan neck handles and still retains its original pull out brushing slide. This charming country house antique chest stands on shaped bracket feet, it has canted corners with fine string inlay and also splits into two sections for easy removal. The Mahogany has aged to a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
