The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The watch has a key-wound movement which is working nicely. ( A winding key is included )The movement is the Am.W.Co grade and the serial number 10303814 which tells us that it was made in 1901. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover with some surface scratches from use.
The watch measures 53.4mm diameter excluding the stem and the loop.
. The case has light surface marking from use and some mild bruising to the back but overall it is in nice condition for an 1900s piece.

The glass lens is in nice condition.
The enamel dial is is signed A.W.W.Co Waltham, Mass. The dial has some very faint hairline cracks although hardly noticeable.
The watch has its original gold hands and a blued steel sub seconds hand.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
