The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The Fattorini family were well known in the watch trade.
These three branches went on to become run independently of each other and they then became the future inheritance of the sons concerned.

This particular watch has a key-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is numbered 681849. A winding key is included. The movement has an inner fitted cover.
The watch measures 55mm diameter excluding the stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside the two case backs for Birmingham 1908 with the maker’s mark for the Dennison Watch Case Company. The is in nice condition with just some light rubbing to the engine turned detail.

The watch glass is in nice condition.
The white enamel dial is signed Watch and chronometer manufactures. Fattorini & Sons Bradford. The dial is in nice condition.
The watch has its original hands and a blued steel sub seconds hand.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
