Antique 1901 Waltham Traveler Pocket Watch

Antique 1901 Waltham Traveler pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement, Traveler grade, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 10667690 dates it back to 1901. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the stem. The case is gold filled and was made by the Dennison Watch Case Company, the Company supplied the majority of cases for Waltham UK. The case has a little unevenness but overall is in nice condition for a 1900s piece. The inside of the case back has the name of a previous owner engraved on it, W Brader.

The glass lens is in good condition.

The signed white dial has a very faint hairline crack between 11 and 12 and a short one at the bottom between the sub seconds dial and 6 o'clock but they are very difficult to see with the naked eye. Original gold hands and blued steel sub seconds hand.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
