An Early George III Oak Plate Rack

A George III oak plate rack, the moulded cornice top over a frieze, with three shelves with applied elm fronts, and with a shallow groove on each. English circa 1770.
 
Condition: Excellent, the rack is solid and robust and has a good colour and nice patina. It is attached to the wall by means of two mirror plates behind the top shelf (see photo). Depth of shelves 13 cm (5”)
