Description:
Here is a fine quality pair of antique English Art Deco burr walnut bedside bow front chests, circa 1930, in excellent condition. Boasting an angled bow fronted design, the bedsides are constructed with stunning mirror matched burr walnut veneers on a solid frame. The tables have been French polished by hand to a professional standard in our workshop, therefore they are in excellent condition. The bedsides comprise three bow fronted working drawers, which retain the original concave wooden knobs. The drawers are mahogany lined, feature dovetail construction and quarter beading. The bedsides stand on their original recessed cushion plinths. These bedsides boast classic Art Deco styling throughout; this is visible in the rounded corners and clean lines.

Condition Report:
These bedside chests are in excellent condition, which is commensurate with their age. They are pedestals from an Art Deco dressing table, which have been adapted into bedside chests some time ago. The tables have been French polished by hand to a professional standard in our workshop, therefore they are in excellent condition. Nominal old use marks to the leading edges and sides, but nothing significant considering the age of them. The bedsides feature lovely mirror matched burr walnut veneers, boasting a rich walnut colour, which are all in excellent condition. The drawers feature dovetail joints and quarter beaded construction, close flush to the frame and retain the original handles. These items are well constructed, solid in joint and ready to use.
