Antique 1920s Swiss Pocket Watch.

Description

Antique 1920s Swiss pocket watch.

The watch has a good quality 15 jewel Swiss hand-winding movement, which is working well.

The watch measures 50.8mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and was made by the Eclipse Watch Case Company, an English company who made cases for various watch makers. The case has light surface marking from use but overall it is in nice condition for a 1920s piece

The glass lens is in good condition.

The white enamel dial is in nice condition with blued steel Breguet style hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
