Description

Antique Waltham Ensign full hunter pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement, Ensign grade, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number, 11212907 which dates it back to 1902. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch itself measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is 14ct gold filled and was made by the Dennison watch case company The case is in nice condition with crisp engine turned detail and a vacant cartouche to the front cover.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside there is a glass lens which is in nice condition.

The white enamel dial has several faint hairline cracks although not noticeable to the naked eye.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
