Curious Antiques has dated this Native American Artefacts Collection to the 19th Century.
There is a lovely horn club with leather/material and bead embellishments; leather and beadwork gauntlet/sleeve and several spear heads, shells and pottery fragments, all of which are over 100 years old. It is housed in a frame and the pieces have been glued to a fabric backing. There is a small metal plaque which says 'Apache Artefacts' ,but the bead and metal medallion refers to 'Official Seal of the Navajo Tribe', so I assume there is a mix of artefacts from different tribal areas, probably collected by the person who had them framed. Overall condition is good ,there is a small piece of beading missing from the frame. Please refer to the detailed photographs and feel free to contact me with any questions or if you would like to view the item.
