A 1930s Silver H Samuel "Everite" Pocket Watch.

Description

A 1930s silver H Samuel "Everite" pocket watch.

The watch has a Swiss stem winding movement which is working well. The movement is stamped "Everite" H Samuel, Manchester, 15 jewels, Swiss made, non magnetic. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 49 mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and has Birmingham hallmarks for 1934 with the case makers mark for the Dennison Watch Case Company. The case has has light surface marks from use and a mild bruise to the back but overall it is in nice condition.

The acrylic lens is in nice condition.

The dial is signed "Everite" H.Samuel, Manchester , non magnetic. The dial has a couple of faint hairline cracks and a small nibble under the bezel at 12 o'clock but otherwise it is in nice condition.

The watch has its original gold hands.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
