Gents Cauny Apollon wrist watch, c1969.

The watch has a 17-jewel hand-winding movement, signed Cauny Prima, which is working nicely.

The watch measures 32mm wide excluding the winding crown and 29mm high excluding the lugs. The case is rose gold plated and it is in very nice condition. Signed stainless steel case back.

The lens is in good condition.

The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands and a subsidiary seconds dial.

The Apollon was launched by Cauny to commemorate the 1969 moon landings. Last year they released the new version of the Apollon to celebrate the 50th anniversary.

This particular watch has a new leather strap.

The watch will come in a new presentation box.
