1924 silver Record pocket watch, chain & fob, Wells

The watch has a Swiss 7-jewel stem-winding movement, identified as Record, which is working nicely.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside the case backs for Birmingham 1924 with the case makers mark for the Dennison Watch Case Company.

The case has light surface marking from use and a small "ding" to the bottom edge but overall it is in nice condition for a 1920s piece.

The watch glass is in lovely condition, as is the enamel dial with blued steel Breguet style hands.

The watch comes with a hallmarked silver chain which measures 35 cm long including the T-bar and the clasp. There is also a silver fob from Wells in Somerset which is hallmarked for 1905.

The watch and chain will be sent in a new presentation box.
