The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1940s.
The watch has a 17 jewel hand-winding movement, 10AE, which is working nicely. The movement is signed Bulova and it has the date symbol for 1946.
The watch measures 30mm high excluding the lugs and 25mm wide excluding the lugs.
The case is rolled gold. There is a “ding” to each of the sides but the front is in good condition.

The convex lens has light marking but is very acceptable.
The signed dial has its original hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track. There is marking across the dial but you have to look quite closely to see it.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes in a new presentaton box.
