The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover. This inner cover has some scratching where it has been opened in the past.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is the gold plated Moon model from the Dennison Watch Case Company, a prolific manufacturer who supplied various watch makers with cases. The front of the case has a slight arc shaped indentation, about 1cm long, but not too detrimental.
The acrylic lens is in good condition, as is the dial with blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
