Description

Antique Waltham Pocket Watch, 1901.

The watch has a stem-winding movement, grade number 174, which is working well. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 10790131 dates it back to 1907. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover which has a few little "dings".

The watch measures 51mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and is the Star model made by the Dennison Watch Case Company, the company made the majority of cases for Waltham UK. The front of the case is in good condition while the back has a couple of small "dings" and patches of unevenness.

The watch glass is in nice condition, just a small surface chip to the very edge.

The signed enamel dial is in nice condition with original gold hands and blued steel sub seconds hand.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
