Gents 1950s Mora-Atlet Sportur wrist watch.

The watch has a 15-jewel hand-winding movement, signed Mora, which is working nicely. Swiss watches such as this were imported into Sweden where they were given the name Mora, possibly after the small town of Mora in central Sweden. They also had sub names such as Atlet (athlete) and Sportur (sports watch).

The watch measures 33mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is stainless steel and it is in lovely condition as is the lens.

The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands (there is some marking to the hands).

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
