Description

Antique 1922 Waltham pocket watch.

The watch has a seven jewel stem-winding movement, grade 210 which first appeared in 1896 and was in production right up until 1933. The watch is working nicely. The patterned movement is fully signed and the serial number 24,118,722 dates it back to 1922.

The watch measures 45mm diameter excluding the windng crown and the loop. The case is gold plated and has attractive decoration around the edge and to the back. There are light surface marks to the screw-on case back but overall very acceptable for such an early piece. There is a cartouche to the case back with the initials HL.

The acrylic lens is in lovely condition.

The signed dial is in good condition and has blued steel hands.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
