The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 49mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside the two case backs for Birmingham 1924, with a case maker's mark for the English watch case maker Aaron Dennison, a prolific supplier of cases to various watch makers. The case is in good condition, just light surface marks.
The acrylic lens is in lovely condition.
The dial is in good condition, just a short faint hairline on number 2.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
