This Stunning Victorian Large Early 19th Century, Tall Flamed Mahogany Country Antique Chest dates from around 1840 and has a rectangular moulded top above a beautifully figured frieze having three small drawers with fine inlays.
This superb piece stands on splayed bracket feet with a shaped apron. It has wonderful charm, character and the mahogany has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
